Incline dumbbell press
Upper chest, front deltoids and triceps.

How to do it
- Set the bench to about 30°. Sit down with a dumbbell on each thigh.
- Lie back, bringing the dumbbells to chest height with the help of your knees.
- Shoulder blades together and down, feet planted on the floor.
- Press the dumbbells up until they almost meet over your chest.
- Lower under control until you feel a good stretch in your chest, elbows about 45° from your body.
Cues
- Moderate incline (30°): steeper works almost only the shoulder.
- Wrists straight above your elbows.
- Lower in 2 s, press up hard.
Common mistakes
- Bench too steep.
- Clanging the dumbbells together at the top.
- Flaring the elbows wide.
The weight you log is for each dumbbell.
